Gary Borden is a Partner with City Fund. He previously worked as Senior Vice President at the California Charter Schools Association, where he led the organization’s statewide policy and advocacy work. Prior to this, Gary worked at the Charter Schools Development Center. Gary holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a J.D. from Georgetown University.
